Mitmita is a blend of African Bird’s Eye Chili Peppers, Bishop’s Weed, Black Seed, Sacred Basil, and Ethiopian Cardamom. Smoky & Spicy, this will complement any roasted vegetable. Mix it with olive oil and you can make an Ethiopian condiment, Awaze! Perfect for dips and spreads.
